I just want to say that you are exactly where you need to be. Whatever you’re striving towards, I know that you are putting in effort every single day. I don’t know what your goals are, but I know that you think about them when you wake up, when you’re in the shower, when you’re travelling to work or school, when you’re lying in bed at nighttime. It isn’t easy, but it’s worthwhile.
Think about how you far you’ve come so far. This time last year, did you think that you would be in this position today? The progress you’ve already made is setting you up for the progress that you will continue making. It’s exciting to think that you’re getting stronger every day – mentally, physically and emotionally. The challenges you once faced don’t seem so insurmountable. You are realising that you are more adaptable, more courageous and more resilient than you think. You do have what it takes.
You are more comfortable being you, and that makes you happy. When you’re happy, you make the people around you happier as well. You inspire others to be their best selves, but most importantly, you’re inspiring yourself to become your best self.
When all is said and done, there’s so much that you will be proud of.
