We currently wholesale our wax sealing kits, wax seal stamps, sealing wax, wax melting spoons and accessories at the standard wholesale mark-up. Our minimum order amount is $275 (GST-inclusive), plus $20 flat rate standard shipping and we are based in Melbourne, Australia.

Trade Pricing - For Businesses who use our products (including Mini Posy Dried Flowers) to make other products e.g. Wedding Stationers, Gift Hamper Businesses
We currently offer special pricing (a bit lower than standard wholesale discount) on our range of sealing wax, custom & semi-custom wax seal stamps and mini posy dried floral arrangements. You will need a valid ABN. Our minimum order amount for trade pricing is $150 (GST-inclusive). We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

WHOLESALE & TRADE PRICING T&Cs
Once your wholesale or trade account application has been approved, you will receive an email with account activation details. You will then be able to log in (click on person icon) to access special rates and place your order.
ORDER MINIMUMS (in AUD)
The minimum wholesale order amount is $275 (incl-GST, excl shipping).
The minimum order amount to access trade pricing is $150 (incl-GST, excl shipping).
Once you place an order via our website, we will email you a tax invoice within 1 to 2 business days with our bank account details for EFT bank transfers. There will also be an embedded secure payment link that accepts direct debit or credit card payments. Note that credit card payments will attract a surcharge of 1.9%. Full payment is required prior to products being despatched. We will reserve your goods for 7 days once the invoice is sent, after which if full payment has not been received, we cannot guarantee that your items will remain in stock should you wish to make payment at a later date. Please feel free to email us a copy of your payment receipt to notify us that payment is made.
Flat rate of $20 for standard shipping (incl-GST) Australia-wide, via either Australia Post or Sendle. Please let us know if you have a shipping carrier preference or require signature on delivery as we accept no responsbility for lost or stolen items where signature on delivery has not been requested.
For international wholesale orders, we will provide you with a shipping quote based on package dimensions and weight along with your invoice.

Items in stock will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days following payment being received. We will notify you if any items are out of stock, and we will either refund you for those items, or if you’d prefer, we can hold your items until all items are back in stock. Note that some designs are limited edition, so may be discontinued once sold out.

We are continually adding new products to our range, so please check back often.
If our products arrive damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 14 days at fiona[at]fionaariva.com and we will replace them or else refund if we are unable to replace.
