This high-quality writing mat is perfect for writing calligraphy place cards, poems, addressing place cards etc. You can align your laser level, or rule pencil lines following the grid, which has been printed by Japanese craftsmen with skilled precision. Each solid-lined grid measures 1cm (and the dotted squares measure 5mm). 

The mat is flexible yet firm enough to provide a comfortable writing experience.
